1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "888fd", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 888fd platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://888fd.biz.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 888fd platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 888fd platform.
• "Platform" means the 888fd website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at https://888fd.biz.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted by 888fd to a player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

888fd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned (net of any winnings generated), all bonuses will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and employ age verification tools at registration.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 888fd platform at any time. Where multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or any other identifier — 888fd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety, and any winnings generated using bonus funds from a duplicate account may be voided.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 888fd account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 888fd accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888fd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 888fd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 5. Identity Verification (KYC)

888fd operates a risk-based KYC programme in accordance with its obligations under the conditions of its international gaming licence. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet showing the player's registered name).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed thresholds defined by 888fd's internal compliance policy.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your 888fd account. Deposits are credited to your account in real time for mobile wallet methods and within one business day for bank transfer methods. 888fd does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. A minimum withdrawal amount applies as stated in the cashier section. Before processing any withdrawal, 888fd reserves the right to verify that:

• KYC documentation is complete and verified.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
• The withdrawal request does not trigger any fraud or money-laundering risk indicators.

Processing times for verified accounts are typically within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within one to three business days for bank transfers. 888fd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 888fd reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant account real money balances, as specified in the cashier section of the platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the 888fd platform are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified. Incomplete wagering will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

888fd employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedge bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and exploiting errors or system malfunctions to generate bonus funds. 888fd reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on the 888fd platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to that product or market. General betting and gaming principles include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 888fd does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable sport-specific rules.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), 888fd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulators and are published within the sportsbook section of the platform.
• For cricket markets specifically, 888fd follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method settlements for weather-affected matches unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RTP percentages of all games are independently verified and published.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or spinning a slot, the game round will be completed and the outcome recorded by the server. 888fd's server records are final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888fd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating multiple 888fd accounts simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 888fd staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or system errors to generate unlawful credits or outcomes.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

888fd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• The player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon closure of an account due to a player's breach of these terms, 888fd reserves the right to retain any real money balance where required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. Where an account is closed without breach, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

11. Responsible Gaming

888fd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888fd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your 888fd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888fd shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 888fd's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 888fd's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

888fd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. 15. Amendments to These Terms

888fd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 888fd will endeavour to provide at least seven days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 888fd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888fd holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, subject to the alternative dispute resolution provisions below.
